Services

Three service options, one founder-led standard of care.

Bark & Blaze is built around weekday support, off-hours coverage, and higher-value weekend outings. Each option is priced clearly, scoped intentionally, and starts with the same meet-and-greet-first process.

Every Visit Includes

Calm handling and fear-free judgment
Structured update after each visit
Hydration refresh and practical follow-through
Home access handled carefully from entry to secure lockup

New clients always begin with a free meet-and-greet before any paid service is unlocked.

WEEKDAY

Weekday visit

$40 / 30 minutes

A focused 30-minute visit with 15 minutes of physical release and 10 minutes of indoor cognitive work, so your dog is calm and settled by the time you get home.

Best Fit

Best for recurring weekday support when your dog needs a dependable midday or daytime reset.

Included

Sniff-focused walk, fear-free handling, hydration, paw wipe, wellness report, photo & video proof

What To Expect

  • Built for dogs who benefit from a repeatable rhythm during standard workdays.
  • Combines movement with enrichment instead of treating the visit like a rushed potty break.
  • Keeps home access, lockup, and the post-visit update as part of the service standard, not an extra.

Optional Add-Ons

  • + Cognitive reset activities — puzzle and scent work to settle excess energy
  • + Parasite check — tick and pest sweep after every outdoor session
  • + Seasonal paw protection — wax barrier for hot pavement or de-icing salts

Before You Book

New clients still start with the meet-and-greet, and the final service match is confirmed after intake, behavior review, and access setup.

SHIFT COVER

Shift Cover

$48 / 30 minutes

The same 30-minute standard, available as early as 5:30 AM or as late as 10:00 PM, Thursday through Saturday. Built for data center teams, healthcare workers, and other mission-critical roles that do not run on nine-to-five hours.

Best Fit

Best for households with early starts, late finishes, rotating shifts, or schedules most dog walkers do not cover.

Included

Sniff-focused walk, fear-free handling, hydration, paw wipe, wellness report, photo & video proof

What To Expect

  • Designed for owners whose work hours change week to week or fall outside standard daytime windows.
  • Maintains the same calm-handling and update standard as weekday visits instead of feeling like an off-hours compromise.
  • Gives shift-based households a realistic care option without forcing them into an unreliable patchwork schedule.

WEEKEND

Trail session

$195 / 2 hours

A full two-hour trail outing for dogs who benefit from more space, more novelty, and more room to roam and reset than a neighborhood walk can offer.

Best Fit

Best for dogs who need a bigger weekend decompression block than a standard neighborhood visit can provide.

Included

Trail hike, fear-free handling, full photo/video package, post-hike cleanup, hydration, detailed wellness report

What To Expect

  • Built for novelty, movement, and fuller reset time rather than routine maintenance.
  • Works well for higher-energy dogs or dogs that noticeably settle after longer-format outings.
  • Includes the same trust-heavy follow-through: transport expectations, cleanup, hydration, and detailed reporting.

Fit Guidance

What each service is for, and what it is not for.

Weekday visit

Best when you need dependable daytime support on a routine basis.

Not ideal if you mainly need long-duration care, highly variable last-minute scheduling, or service outside the core area.

Shift Cover

Best for early starts, late finishes, and rotating schedules that still need a repeatable plan.

Not ideal if you need overnight sitting, emergency-only coverage, or a booking pattern that changes without notice.

Trail session

Best for dogs that benefit from a larger weekend decompression block and handle novelty well.

Not ideal for dogs that are unsafe for trail exposure, unsuitable for transport if transport is required, or better served by a short local visit.

Step 1

Meet-and-greet first

New clients always start with a free in-home intro visit so fit, access, and expectations are handled before any paid care begins.

Step 2

Approve the right service

Once intake is complete, weekday, off-hours, or weekend support can be matched to your routine and your dog's needs.

Step 3

Book with clarity

You know what is included, what the visit costs, and what kind of update to expect after care is complete.

Start with the service structure, then book the intro.

Clear pricing. Clear fit. Clear next step.
