New clients start with a free in-home setup visit.
Before the first paid visit, Bark & Blaze meets your dog, reviews access, confirms routine details, and sets up the recurring care plan so the first working visit can start cleanly.

After every visit, you get a clear written update.
Every update covers what happened with your dog, what was handled in the home, and how the visit ended. It is meant to replace the vague “all good” text with something useful.
