Potty break, leashed walk when weather allows, sniff and decompression time, indoor enrichment when outdoor conditions are unsafe, fresh water and feeding if scheduled, simple oral or topical meds (if trained), a gear check, paw wipe and seasonal debris check, minor accident cleanup, 2–4 photos, a written visit update, secure home lockup, and emergency escalation under a defined policy.
